Plus with the deck seating and dining beside the 7,000-gallon Koi Pond, you'll find your stress has melted away at this tranquil escape. The well-equipped Kitchenette provides dine-in cost savings so you can splurge on excellent local cuisine for dinners out! We provide:
 Abingdon Olive Oil and Vinegar, and fresh-ground salt and pepper
 Sharp knives and pans to whip up a meal easily. Plenty of dishes, flatware, and glassware. A kettle
 Appliance: Induction burner, microwave, and AirFry/Convection/Toaster Oven
 Nice to have: Ziplocs, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, hand and dish soap, and more!

The Breakfast/Coffee-Tea Bar is stocked with:
 Locally roasted coffee with reusable pods for the Keurig or the Cuisinart Drip coffeemaker
 Locally blended loose tea and tea ball, and Tazo bagged teas, and a variety of sweeteners and syrups , and hot chocolate and marshmallows - indulge your inner child!

 Two faux fur throws to cuddle up into inside or out, chill out time anyone?
We suggest opening the two sliding doors to listen to the birds, fish and waterfall splashing, and enjoy the fresh air.

The spacious Pondview suite has soft, natural bedding, many pillows, and sleep-in worthy, queen-sized memory-foam mattresses. And more:
 En-suite bathroom, with artisan bathing soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, flat iron and blow dryer.
 Large walk-in closet with suitcase stands, lots of hanging storage, shelves, and a steamer.

 Outdoor towels for hikes, biking, or other messy clean ups are in large closet and dirty (only) towel hamper!

Love traveling with your furry family member!? We welcome one (1) medium-sized, well behaved dog, at or under 40 pounds to join you on your stay.

 We provide ceramic bowls, treats, large towel, poo bags plus on-deck 'poo bag can' for storing full bags. Plus a

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
