Nestled in an upscale neighborhood, The Oasis Abingdon is a hidden gem with its own private half-acre on the 1.3-acre property. In-town and close to restaurants, the Barter, and the Creeper Trailhead and yet peacefully away from town sounds. You will find yourself saying 'ahhhh' from the moment you park!

A hidden stone stairway leads down to a half-acre dedicated to Oasis guests and you will find the interior as spacious as out! With a scenic view and privacy provided by the surrounding trees, deck seating, and dining beside the 7,000-gallon Koi Pond, before you know it, stress will melt away at this tranquil escape. To quote a recent guest, “Photos cannot do justice to the beauty of this space--the vibrant koi in the pond, the sound of the running water, the birds that fill the trees...It is a complete, sensory experience--and therapy for the soul.”

The Great Room boasts comfortable, nap-likely, lounge seating for six but is equally comfortable for one couple. With spacious Kitchenette and Breakfast/Coffee Bar, and large dining island there is plenty of space to spreadout and make good meals! The Sunroom/Bedroom cocktail area provides additional beverage amenities and another lounging area. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Koi Pond, gardens, and relax to art sourced from local artists to create a truly distinctive guest experience!

The well-equipped Kitchenette provides dine-in cost savings so you can splurge on excellent local cuisine for dinners out! We provide:
 Abingdon Olive Oil and Vinegar, and fresh-ground salt and pepper,
 Sharp knives, cutting boards, pots and pans to easily whip up meals. Plenty of dishes, flatware, glassware, and kettle,
 Appliances: Induction burner, microwave, and AirFry/Convection/Toaster Oven,
 Ziplocs, foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, bag clips, hand and dish soap, linens, and cleaning supplies!

The Breakfast/Coffee-Tea Bar is stocked with:
 Keurig and Cuisinart Drip coffeemaker with locally roasted coffee with reusable pods,
 Locally blended loose tea and tea ball, and Tazo bagged teas, and a variety of sweeteners and syrups.
 Hot chocolate and marshmallows - indulge your inner child!

Two spacious queen ensuite bedrooms and two twins Sunroom Bedroom sleep everyone well with soft, natural bedding, many pillows, and sleep-in worthy, memory-foam mattresses:
 In-room seating with views, naturally scented candles, white noise machine and blackout curtains.
 Two en-suite bathrooms have: Numerous towels, artisan bathing soap, and Epsom salts for the Skyview Suite bathtub! Plus hand soap,
shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, and one flat iron.
 En-suites: Large walk-in closets with suitcase stands, lots of hanging storage, and shelving,
 Sunroom Bedroom: Dresser, clothes hooks, and two suitcase stands, individual, guest controlled bedroom heat and fan.

Truly unwind in the Sunroom with its cocktail area, lounge seating, and Twin-sized day/trundle bed with many pillows. Two additional guests can be accommodated in this room (see below)! Otherwise, enjoy stretching out, reading, and napping! We provide:
 Dry and Sweet Vermouth, an ice bucket, a range of ice sizes including King cubes. Bring your favorite liquor and mixers - voila!
 An array of glassware options, including rocks, wine, and champagne glasses, shaker, and bar tools,
 Two faux fur throws to cuddle up into inside or out, chill out time anyone?
We suggest opening the two sliding doors to listen to the birds, fish and waterfall splashing, and enjoy the fresh air.

Parents Traveling with little ones!
 We offer BabyQuip baby equipment rentals for a separate fee.

Love traveling with your pup?! They'll enjoy the lawn, watching the fish in the Koi Pond, and checking out the partially fenced property. We welcome a pup and allow:
 One (1) medium-sized, well behaved dog, at or under 40 pounds to join you on your stay.
 Prior to booking, please review The Oasis Abingdon House Rules to understand pup-parent requirements and $35/night pet fee.
 We supply: Porcelain water/food dishes, dog treats, toy, foot and body drying towels, pooh bags, and mini pooh-bag can!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
