• The Oasis Abingdon is the lower-level condo of a high-end, three-story residence.
• For guest security and clarity, all reservations require a signed digital Rental Conditions agreement and a refundable Security Deposit Hold processed through Stripe. This process—similar to a hotel check-in—outlines house rules, communication guidelines, and what to do if unexpected issues arise.
• Host/owner resides on-site.

• Additional options on-site include: The Nest Abingdon (1BR, spa bath, sleeps 4) and Hilltop Oasis (sleeps 6–8, 3.5 baths, multiple levels of in/outdoor living).

GREAT ROOM:
• Lounge seating for 6, more on two ottomans, in nearly 500 square feet (average hotel room <400 sq. ft)!
• Roku 65" streaming TV with private guest logon.
• Views over the deck, koi pond, gardens to the distant mountains (in season)
• The hearth basket stores freshly-washed throws for in and outside snuggling.

DINING AREA & KITCHENETTE:
• Dining Island: Seats 4-6
• Sharp knives (3) and two cutting boards (1 lg, 1 smaller), many utensils (peeler, spatulas, scraper, large spoons).
• Appliances: Induction burner, microwave, and Air Fry/Convection/Toaster Oven, two undercounter frig/freezers.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
